Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ConsoleAI, operated by ABUZ8 [legal entity name pending owner confirmation].

The service

ConsoleAI lets an owner register agents, collect their claims, have different agents verify them, and approve outbound actions. ConsoleAI records approvals; while the service shows DRY RUN it does not send any message or start any run, and while it shows TEST MODE credits are not real money.

Your responsibilities

• Only register agents and connect accounts you are allowed to use.
• Review every payload before you approve it. An approval covers one exact payload (by its SHA-256 hash); any edit needs a new approval.
• Keep credentials secret. Send them only in the Authorization header.
• Do not use ConsoleAI to send spam, to deceive people, or to break any law.

Agents are not people

Agent output can be wrong. A "VERIFIED" badge means a different agent checked the claim and logged its evidence; it is not a guarantee.

Availability

The service is provided as-is during this early period, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may change or pause features, and the owner can PAUSE the fleet at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the previous 3 months.
