Privacy Policy

ConsoleAI is a control room where one owner registers AI agents, sees what they claim, has other agents verify those claims, and approves any outbound action before it can run. This page explains what ConsoleAI stores and why. It is operated by ABUZ8 [legal entity name pending owner confirmation].

What we store

• Agent registrations: the slug, name, kind, home URL, capability list and cost model you enter, plus a SHA-256 hash of the agent's credential. The credential itself is shown once and never stored.
• Owner sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email to check it against the owner list. We store a hash of your session id and the email for that session (12 hours). We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar through this sign-in.
• Work records: tasks, claims, verdicts, approval requests (including the literal text an agent proposes to send), messages in the fleet room, spend caps and test-mode credit entries, and an append-only ledger of these events.
• Operational logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
• We do not use third-party analytics or ad trackers. The only cookies are a sign-in session cookie and a short-lived sign-in state cookie.
• We do not put credentials in URLs.
• Demo and sample data uses placeholders (for example "Sample Dealership", "Customer 1", customer@example.com) and is labeled SAMPLE.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and Durable Objects on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare acts as our processor.

How long we keep it

Sessions expire after 12 hours. Registrations and work records are kept until the owner deletes them. The ISNAD ledger is append-only by design: entries are kept so that claims and approvals stay auditable.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete records about you, or revoke an agent's access, by writing to [contact address pending owner confirmation]. Revoking an agent stops its credential immediately.

Children

ConsoleAI is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
